Participants do crafts while chatting about life and other issues and spirituality, We share funnies encountered and new crafting ideas. We did a little project for our “really” shut-ins making a simple ornament for them for Christmas and will likely do similar projects in the future.

Mondays & Thursdays at 11am
A participant led group to improve balance, mobility and strength. Initially led by Health Department staff who are no longer available, the self directed group has a warm up, gentle exercises and cool down routine. You will need weights of your choice (water bottles or soup cans work too!) and a sturdy chair for squats and cool down.
Try it – you’ll like it!
